Tom helped us buy our primary residence and served us well. So, we listed our former home for sale with him. As the listing agent, he marketed our home on all the appropriate internet sites, placed ads in print publications and held several open houses. And, our flyer box was always replenished...good attention to details. Tom was not just our listing agent, he found a buyer and handled the negotiation that resulted in the sale of our home. It is a tough market so we were very pleased that Tom worked hard to bring us a contract, after he got our listing. Many listing agents seem to be just that...."listing" vs. selling agents.
